Description
The “Work Content and Scope Management” course begins by looking at the requirements and constraints that normally accompany a project. It describes how and why work breakdown structures are formed and explains how this information is transferred to a project activity chart, where task duration and predecessor information is added.

This course is suitable for business professionals or IT staff requiring an understanding of project management principles.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of the “Project Management Overview” course or equivalent knowledge. As most examples are IT related, a basic understanding of IT and Data Center processing environments is also required.
