Description
The “Critical Path Analysis” course describes how to determine the earliest and latest start and end times for each project activity, and how to calculate the float associated with this information.
Audience
This course is suitable for business professionals or IT staff requiring an understanding of project management principles.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of the “Networking” course or equivalent knowledge. As most examples are IT related, a basic understanding of IT and Data Center processing environments is also required.

After completing this course, the student should be able to:
